Prescription medicines

Schedule H and H1 medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Orders are not shipped until pharmacist approval.

Returns

Opened or temperature-sensitive medicines generally cannot be returned. Contact support within 24 hours for damaged packages.

Privacy

Prescription files and patient details are used only for verification and order fulfillment.
